***NEWS ALERT*** – 

Falcons head coach Bobby Petrino has apparently resigned today.

Word on the street is that he called in his resignation, like the gutless chump his players seemed to think he was; too embarrassed by his own actions to be a man and talk face to face with Falcons owner Arthur Blank. Word is that Petrino is negotiating a job coaching Arkansas next year.

Here's to hoping that the NFL bans these self-serving "men" like Petrino and Nick Saban from ever coming back into the ranks of the NFL.

...and Vick still has state charges yet to be faced. His goose is cooked. Stick a fork...you know the rest. Let's forget about him and focus on the team. Er, maybe Vick is more exciting. Oh, yes, the Bucs. Mean, and gonna be even meaner after last week's letdown.
