Brady to Moss .. Brady to Welker ... Brady to the Ball Boy –
Master is right about the Steelers blitzing, but that just leaves the middle open for short dump passes all day. If the Pittsburgh safeties cheat up, then it's Brady long.
I can't wait to see the game tomorrow. The Steelers blitz more than anyone except the ravens, so you know they are gonna do that. Normally, this year, the Steelers use the pass to set up the run, but they will try the opposite against New England. Parker does have the ability to break one at any point. However, he does not have the power like, say, McGahee exhibited on MNF, so the Pats may be able to contain him a little better. And it looks like Polamalu is out, which could seriously inhibit the inside blitzes the Steelers are going to want to bring, especially if New England does what they have failed to do the past two games and that is to establish the run. If the Pats get Maroney going early, which will be tough with Farrior and Foote trying to stuff the middle, it will mean a relatively easy win for NE. But, if they can't, and Pitt can collapse the pocket and force Brady to step out of, rather than into, the pocket (where he likes to work best), things could get a little more dicey.
i pick the pats 2 win with all the controversy with them this year i wouldnt hold my head up and brag too loud about the patriots i give them 3 but big ben and the boys will come for blood they may be the first team to put the pats in there place..........
I don't think this game will be that close. The Pats haven't played well lately, but the Steelers haven't impressed me much of late either. I labeled them the 2nd best team in the league earlier this season, but I don't buy my own claim anymore. This could be a 21 point win for the Patriots, in my stubborn opinion.
I'd like to see the Steelers win cauz I think the Pats are a FRAUD (Good post BlackandGold) but I don't think they will. Steelers are a good team but the Pats are significantly better regardless of how poorly they played last week.
First "fraud", now "bias". A person picks against the Pats and they're "bias". If that's your word for today, then fine. Then call me "bias" for making my pick. I call it being a "fan" and standing behind my team win or lose - not following the flavor of the month. Let's see. 5 rings. No cheating. 75 year storied history. I'll stand behind a credible organization even if they're 0-16. Regarding the schedule, you're dealt what you're dealt. Your Pats barely beat the Eagles and were lucky to beat the Ravens. You could be 10-2. But it's all irrelevant. Winning the Super Bowl is all that matters. Time will tell. Let me know if you'd like hot sauce on your crow.
Do I sense some kind of bias here? All teams videotaped, dude. Why do you think no coach has said a word? They just wanted it to blow over. If the Steelers make it to the AFC Championship game, I will eat a crow. Boiled. The Steelers have wins against two teams with winning records. The Browns, who are up and down at best, and the Seahawks, who suck at best and are very lucky they are in the NFC. Nope, Pittsburgh, while tough, won't even come close here. The Ravens had a much better chance of winning.
THE VIDEO TAPING PATRIOTS ARE THE REAL FRAUDS. OWNERSHIP HAS NO CLASS. THE COACH HAS NO CLASS. AND MAIZE IS IN A DAIZE. I ACTUALLY HOPE THE PATS WIN ON SUNDAY. GO 17-O, AND LOSE TO THE STEELERS ON THE LAST PLAY OF THE AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. I THINK MA WOULD BREAK OFF INTO THE ATLANTIC.

These guys don't belong in the same conversation with the Pats. No way this game is close.
