Thing about having the worst defense is that it is irrelevant, as the Ravens offense makes me want to pluck my eyes out with a pitchfork whenever I am forced to watch them attempt to play football. Cincy won't have to stop anyone.
Both teams are worthless and Bengals have league's worst defenses. Ravens should be able to end the game with a high score IF they can get their offense together.
Especially with Rolle and McAllister out. If those two shut-down corners can't play, Carson Palmer and the sad-sack Bengals will roll here in Baltimore. Even as bad as the Cincy defense is, the Ravens offense is far, far worse. I can hardly believe that they are still even considering starting Steve McNair. He is a Hall of Fame warrior in my opinion, but he just looks sad out there now, like a deer in the headlights. He can't hit open receivers and has no mobility. I would be surprised to see them win 3 second-half games with him starting.
But I have to go with the Bengals here. The Ravens are looking brutal, and word is that McGahee might be out. He's no Adrian Peterson or anything, but his absence will hurt considering he's the only guy producing anything for that team. Their defense isn't good without their starting corners either. I'll look back later in the week to see the injury status of some key players going into this game, but if I were betting on this game, I would wait to see who is and isn't starting before making a wager.
Even though the Steelers game was a joke....And the Bengals did win back in Sept. I think the Ravens are going to barely squeek a victory out. Maybe a late 4th quarter Matt Stover field goal.
