Another close game!! If the Eagles come to the game and have playing ball on their mind ( which they often do not ) they can beat the Bears who are not a good Defence team. Get over the self pitty and do what you are paid for, Play football!!!

Hard to say which is the worse supposed-to-be-great team here, but I am gonna go wit' da Bears. Good points, Master. Sorry, Cheerleader, but I would not be surprised either way and you very well could be right. Growl.

CHICAGO BEARS: Ranked 28th in offense and 27th in defense.

LAST MEETING: Philly won 19-9 in Chicago in 2004.

TEAM STRENGTH: Devin Hester is really the only strong point on this team so far this season. If the team just snapped the ball straight to Hester, chances are, they’d do OK this year. Hard to think he could do worse at the quarterbacking position that what they’ve had. Another strength is playing in the NFC, which means a three-game win streak at any point could vault them into the playoffs.

TEAM WEAKNESS: Everyone expected (except maybe the Bears front office people) this offense to stink up the joint this season. It was very dumb of these guys to keep Benson as a running back, while getting rid of Jones. Benson is wishy-washy, just like their passing game, which means the Bears now have absolutely nothing with which to keep defenses honest or scared. They might get back on track next year, though, as Chicago is a very up and down team.

NEEDS TO WIN: The Bears will need Philly, who also seem to be very up and down this season, to have one of their down games in order to pull out a road victory. After watching both these teams play a few times this season, it is a coin toss as to which one will show up – for both of them.

PHILADELPHIA (2-3): Establish the run early. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. Eagles QBs have been sacked a total of 22 times this season and that’s nothing to write home about. Good thing then that the Bears’ defense is on a steady decline, especially against the run. Also good is the fact that the Eagles have won five straight vs. the Bears and McNabb is undefeated against Chicago. Woo hoo!

No Bear D –

Chicago is another team whose D has let them down this year. Their D was what made them a powerhouse last year. Oh yeah, then there's Mr. Hester.

Not too impressive...  –

Neither team has impressed me much, but believe it or not, I like the Eagles defense more than the Bears vaunted D, so I'll roll with Philly here. I think this is another coin flip, but I have to go with the green machine.
